All Scrap insulated copper cable and copper wire specification not include insulated aluminum cable or wire and must be free of all attachment such as metals or plastic plugs all board electric boxes etc. specification should be agreed upon prior to shipment between Global Metals and Iron Inc. and the seller.
Mixed Hard/Soft Scrap Lead
Shall consist of clean lead solids, free of other materials, such as drosses, battery plates, lead covered cable, collapsible tubes, type metals, aluminum, zinc, iron and brass fittings, dirty chemical lead and radioactive materials. Review packaging specifications and regulatory status pertaining to shipping with Global Metals and Iron Inc. prior to sale.
Copper Transfarmer
Copper electric transfarmer must be copper wound Specification not to include aluminuim wound and not excessive steel case, steel framing and any other attachment such as iron bases etc.
Electric Motors
Shall consist of whole electric motors and/or dismantled electric motor parts that are primarily copper-wound. May contain aluminum-wound material, subject to agreement between Global Metals and Iron Inc. and seller. No excessive steel attachments such as gear reducers, iron bases, and pumps, or loose free iron allowed. Specification not to include sealed units or cast iron compressors.
Variations to this specification should be agreed upon prior to shipment between Global Metals and Iron Inc. and the seller.
